Return and Refund Policy

Should you wish to return a product:

The product must be returned within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.

The product must be sealed and unused.

Please email skinsync.ie@gmail.com to notify us of your return.

Skin Sync only sells products within the island of Ireland.

Delivery costs will not be refunded, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

At Skin Sync, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in line with GDPR. We collect only the information needed to manage your appointments, provide treatments, and send updates or offers if you’ve chosen to receive them.

Your details are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time by contacting us at skinsync.ie@gmail.com.
